I believe that through Yoga, both its physical and spiritual aspects, there is a real potential to heal ourselves.

Practicing self love is an important foundation in all my teachings. A loving attitude that not only opens what is closed off or wounded within ourselves. It also enables us to trust our own, firsthand experience and the innate knowing available to us. Which is ­ in my opinion ­ all we will ever need in finding who we truly are. It is a daring, challenging route, even stripped from spiritual concepts such as ego, enlightenment or altered states of consciousness. What I offer is the path of the heart and soul, of loving warriorship.

Yoga Style I teach

My style is a unique blend of Vinyasa, Iyengar, Yin and Kundalini Yoga. It is personable and enriched by a deep understanding of anatomy, alignment and universal movement patterns. With a wealth of knowledge, my classes and workshops are innovative and authentic as I guide you towards your personal transformation on and off the mat. I am passionate about finding the balance between being and doing, movement and stillness, strength and fluidity, discipline and freedom.
